What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately before dispatch. Once a parcel leaves our fulfilment hub, we cannot change the delivery address.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of research materials, returns are not possible. However, damaged or incorrect items are replaced immediately.
